Shipping Information

Please note that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (not including weekends or holidays). Your shipping and billing information is required to match in order for us to successfully process your order. We only dispatch orders Monday- Friday. All orders placed after 4pm on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. All orders are shipped VIA USPS. Once orders are sent out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You’ll be able to use your USPS tracking number to track your order at anytime. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped from our facility with US priority and 3-7 business days US standard. Keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carrier.

*LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: WAVVE ships via USPS. USPS provides secure and easy tracking methods of shipping. Once proof of delivery is generated we cannot be held responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen.

  • US Standard Shipping: $3.75 per item 

RETURNS

We hope you love the items you receive, however if not, we want to make your return process as simple and easy as possible. 

RETURN POLICY:  We are happy to accept your returns on items that are unworn and still fitted with security tags.  Please return item(s) within 7 days after delivery. Returns must be received in new condition with original tags still attached. When returning please include order invoice and reason for return. WAVVE reserves the right not to credit you if items returned are outside the terms of our Return Policy. It’s important to note that shipping cost are not covered by WAVVE when sent back. 

  • Anything purchased at sale price is FINAL SALE.

    Reports of damaged merchandise must be submitted within same day of receiving item(s) with photo proof. Please submit this information to contact@tgntrading.com. Be sure to include invoice.

  • Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. All 2-3 business days of receiving return items for refund to be processed back on card
